A note from the founder

PHIGuard is a solo, bootstrapped business. If that is a reason to look elsewhere, I understand — reputation matters when you are choosing the system that will hold your compliance program. PHIGuard is not a thousand-person private-equity portfolio company and it is not a venture-backed startup with money to burn.

Here is what I can promise while PHIGuard is small. I read every customer message myself today, and I will keep doing that as long as I can. If you want to talk it through, email me and I will schedule a call. I read every feature request and take it seriously. I monitor for bugs and aim to triage and respond quickly. I care about every clinic on the platform and I want PHIGuard to make your work measurably easier.

My goal is to give practice administrators world-class, personal service. If that is something you want, start the free trial. If you decide PHIGuard is not the right fit, I still appreciate you trying it — and I would value your feedback, even briefly.
